Service Scope

Runner will only accept and perform work that can be completed accurately and efficiently.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services that fall outside of our scope, capacity, or professional standards.

No Professional Licensing

Runner Business Support does not provide legal, accounting, or financial advisory services.

Any information or support provided is administrative in nature and should not be considered professional advice.

Payment Terms

Services are billed either:

  • Hourly, or

  • Based on agreed-upon packages

Payment terms will be communicated prior to the start of services.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

No Employment Relationship

Engagement with Runner does not create an employer-employee relationship.

Runner operates as an independent service provider. Clients are not responsible for payroll taxes, benefits, insurance, or employment obligations.

No Long-Term Commitment

Services are provided on a flexible, as-needed basis.

There are no long-term contracts unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and necessary information

  • Communicate clearly regarding tasks and expectations

  • Provide timely access to systems, documents, or tools required to complete work

Delays in providing information may impact timelines and deliverables.

Turnaround and Availability

While we strive to complete tasks promptly, turnaround times may vary depending on workload, complexity, and availability.

No guarantees are made regarding immediate or same-day completion unless explicitly agreed upon.

Work Quality and Guarantee

Runner Business Support is committed to delivering accurate and professional work.

If an issue arises directly related to work performed by Runner, reasonable efforts will be made to correct it.

Limitation of Liability

Runner Business Support is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business losses or lost profits

  • Issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

All client information, documents, and communications will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

Termination of Services

Either party may discontinue services at any time.

Runner reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received

  • Requests fall outside scope

  • Communication or expectations become unreasonable

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
